For enterprise IT
Give internal teams VM access without handing out vCenter
Secure vCenter access without VPN: with ExoVM, developers, app owners and branch staff get their VMs in a browser. Your infrastructure team keeps vCenter private and sees every VM action.
In short
ExoVM is a browser-based control panel that lets enterprise IT give internal teams controlled access to their own VMware VMs without vCenter accounts or VPN profiles. Each user sees only the VMs assigned to them, with console and power controls, and VM actions and access changes are recorded with user and time. vCenter stays on the private network behind an outbound-connecting Docker connector.

The trade-off today
Too much access, or too many tickets
Internal teams need to restart their VMs and look at a console now and then. Giving them vCenter is more access than they need. Not giving it means your team handles every request.
- vCenter roles are powerful and easy to get wrong
- VPN plus jump host plus vSphere Client is slow for occasional users
- Remote sites add more networks and more ways in
- Requests and actions are scattered across tools
Scoped access
Each user sees their VMs and nothing else
Admins create users and assign specific VMs to each one. Users get a browser console, power on/off and guest reboot for their own VMs, plus a place to open tickets.
- Assign specific VMs to specific users
- Per-user quotas
- No vCenter account, VPN or vSphere Client for end users
- Panel in English and Turkish
For the infrastructure team
Faster for you, too
- Every vCenter Server and site in one VM list
- Power, console, snapshots, ISO mount and notes from the browser
- Tickets from internal teams, in the same panel
- An admin dashboard for connectors, targets, users and quotas
Governance
VM actions on record
VM actions and access changes are written to the audit log with the user, the action and the time. vCenter credentials stay in the connector’s environment and are never stored in the ExoVM cloud. Nothing is installed inside your VMs.
Enterprise IT questions
Does this replace vCenter or vSphere Client for my infrastructure team?
No. You keep vCenter for cluster, storage and network administration. ExoVM gives you and your internal users a faster way to handle day-to-day VM tasks from a browser.
Can remote sites be managed from the same panel?
Yes. Run an ExoVM connector for each site’s vCenter. All of them appear in one panel.
What does a user need to access their VMs?
A browser and an ExoVM user account with VMs assigned to it. No vCenter account, VPN or vSphere Client. Console streams are served from the connector host on port 443, so that host must be reachable from where users work.
