For MSPs
Every client site. One VMware client portal.
Stop juggling a VPN profile and a jump host per client. ExoVM brings every client’s vCenter and ESXi into one browser tab, while each vCenter stays private on its own network.
In short
ExoVM is a multi-site VMware control panel for managed service providers: you run a small Docker connector at each client site, and every client’s vCenter and ESXi hosts appear in one panel. Connectors connect outbound, so no client has to open inbound access to vCenter, and client credentials stay on each client’s own host. Client users can get their own panel with only their VMs.

The daily grind
Many clients, many networks, many ways in
- A different VPN, jump host or remote tool for each client
- vCenter credentials spread across your team’s tools
- Clients who want to reboot their own VMs but shouldn’t get vCenter
- No single record of who did what, across all clients
One panel
Every client’s VMs in one list
Run one connector per vCenter at each client site. Each connector connects outbound to the ExoVM cloud, and all of them show up in the same panel, with synced inventory and the same power, console and snapshot tools.
Client trust
Easy to approve for your clients’ security teams
- No inbound access to the client’s vCenter
- vCenter credentials stay in the connector’s environment on the client’s host, never in the ExoVM cloud
- Nothing installed inside the client’s VMs
- VM actions and access changes in the audit log with user, action and time
Consoles are served over TLS from the connector host on port 443, so that host must be reachable on 443 for anyone opening a console.
Client self-service
Give clients a panel, not vCenter
Create users for your clients’ staff and assign them specific VMs. They get a clean panel with their VMs, a browser console, power controls and tickets.
- Assign specific VMs to specific users
- Per-user quotas
- Support tickets built in
- English and Turkish
MSP questions
Do I need a VPN into each client’s network?
Not to use ExoVM. Each client’s connector connects outbound to the ExoVM cloud, and you manage their VMs from the panel. Consoles are served from the connector host on port 443.
Can I manage several vCenters together?
Yes. ExoVM runs one connector per vCenter, and all of them, across sites and clients, appear in one panel.
Do my clients’ vCenter credentials pass through ExoVM’s cloud?
No. They stay in the connector’s environment on the client’s host and are never stored in the ExoVM cloud.
