Who we are
ExoVM is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@exovm.com.
What we collect
When you submit the demo request form, we collect:
- Details you enter: your name, work email and company, and, if you choose to give them, your role, the number of VMs you manage and your message.
- Your consent: a record that you ticked the consent box.
- Context sent with the form: the page language, the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
- Technical data: your browser’s user agent, stored with your request to help us detect spam and abuse. Your IP address is processed by our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Supabase) in their request logs when you load the site or send the form.
We don’t collect anything else through this website. We don’t use tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request, arrange a demo and follow up about ExoVM. We rely on the consent you give in the form.
- To keep the form free of spam and abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
We do not sell your personal data.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored in a database run for us by Supabase, in Supabase’s London region (United Kingdom). When we reply by email, your email address and our conversation are also held in our business email system. Only ExoVM team members with administrator access to our systems can see your details. We share them with no one else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your form submission for 24 months from the date you send it, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including in the EU, the UK and Turkey, you can:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time
- Complain to your data protection authority
To use any of these rights, email contact@exovm.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. Visitors in Turkey can read the Turkish version of this page, which includes our disclosure under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
